What are the steps to get the deal from Google flights?

The thing is, there is no promo code involved here, no credit card deals. So be assured if you were worrying it. You start by going to Google flights official site. On the interface, you have to enter San Francisco in the departure option.

First is the exact date for the trip. For two weeks, it is between Sept 16 and Oct 2, 2019. The round will cost you $77 which is less than the regular price of $120.

The deal is from Frontier airlines reservations. However it does not include Baggage fee. United airlines reservations have increased the airfare, but it too does not include baggage fee for this trip.
